How should I prepare for the appointment?

1. You will need a quite place to lie down comfortably, for example a couch, bed, or yoga mat. Make sure this space has stable internet connection.

2. I recommend using earphones for the appointment. 

3. Coming as well rested as possible. 

4. Schedule an hour for yourself after the appointment to take a nap, or rest quietly. This allows you to internally finish processing. Take it easy for the rest of the day.

What should I wear to appointments?

Please join your appointment in loose comfortable clothing. Avoid tight elastics and anything constricting.

I recommend using a laptop and earphones.
